Our founder started in southwest Philadelphia, PA where him and his brothers owned Homestyle Pizza & Subs on the corner of 70th Street & Elmwood Avenue. He then moved to Baltimore, MD in 1980 where him and his brothers opened The Original Philadelphia Style Pizza & Subs in Baltimore City and Rosedale. The brothers went on to open many Philadelphia Style's in the Maryland area. Our founder then wanted to move to the Bel Air and open a pizzeria but not just your ordinary pizzeria. He didn't want to be your average pizza shop. He wanted gourmet, quality, and authentic Italian and Greek Cuisine.

Our recipes are generations old and contain flavors only found in traditional Mediterranean recipes. Our founder has many years of experience preparing the best Italian & Greek dishes. His life has been inspired by the sights and smells of traditional Italian and Greek Cuisine. Our founder’s mother has passed many of her guarded family recipes to her son. Combine all of this and you have a combination of flavors and aromas unlike any you have ever experienced.
